On the road!
Monday 10 June. Having reluctantly departed Lubeck and our new-found friends, we turned our attention to the adventures ahead, before we reach Pau. We were very impressed with our large 50 seater bus - plenty of seats to spread out.
First stop was Bremen where we quickly dispersed, firstly to the Information Centre! Some took the ride on the electric city bus through the streets and narrow lanes, whilst others opted for foot work. The marktplatz offered an excellent place to meet for coffee.
From Bremen we continued on to Hannover, and a scheduled dinner engagement with members of the FF Hannover club. We several Hannover friends joined us for a delightful evening. We were greeted by two barrel organ players, who later provided the music to allow us to dance - becoming a regular practice for Adelaide ambassadors!
